Remedial massage works to reduce pain, improve movement and to support healing from injury so that you move better, feel better and recover faster.
Our therapists are accredited and qualified to use a combination of Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, acupressure, craniosacral therapy and positional release to reduce pain and increase movement.
Chiropractic care and massage
Chiropractors are joint and spine experts – and working on the structure of the body supports healthy nervous and tissue function. Our bones including the spine are surrounded and connected with tendons, ligaments, muscles and fascia.
Massage supports your chiropractic care by reducing the forces of muscle and tissues on the joints and spine to reduce discomfort that can be felt following an adjustment, and to prolong the relief of your chiropractic care.
Massage can be performed prior to your chiropractic appointment to prepare your body for an adjustment, following an adjustment to soothe the tissue or as a stand alone treatment between chiropractic visits.
